My pricing
Clients want certainty. When I know the scope of what I have to do, I provide a budget and note any anticipated contingencies. I agree these all with you before we begin.
My budgets are calculated bearing in mind how complicated and urgent matters are. Budgets are focused on proportionality and importance to give you value.
I estimate time and calculate this against an hourly rate.
I provide my services as a Consultant Chartered Legal Executive Litigator and Advocate under a consultancy agreement with Setfords solicitors.
You will be chargeed VAT on fees.
Disbursements are charged extra. These will clearly be set out in the agreed budget.
